Uppsala, Sweden; November 12, 2024—At the nomination committee meeting on November 11, it was decided that Petter Mattsson Hamilton, appointed by Alcur Fonder, as the new largest owner will take over as chairman of the nomination committee in I.A.R. Systems Group AB. Former chairman Jonas Eixman remains a member of the election committee.

The nomination committee's tasks before the 2025 annual general meeting are to submit proposals for the chairman of the general meeting, chairman and other members of the board, as well as remuneration for the assignments. The nomination committee must also submit a proposal for the election and remuneration of an auditor and submit a proposal for a process for appointing a nomination committee before the 2025 annual general meeting.
